Regional Sales Manager - Makassar (Celular Phone Retail)
Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Age 35 - 45 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Management/any field.
- Candidate must have min. 5 years experience in telecommunication industry in managerial level.
- Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written.
- Capable to manage high pressure working conditions due to the nature of work.
- Should have an excellent leadership quality to manage well with his workers and to work in team, ability to effectively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff to achieve business objectives.
- Should have a proven track record in developing sales strategies.
- Result oriented, with a track record of achievements of targets, self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Have high commitment to meet project’s target and deadline.
- Will be placed in Makassar.

Tanggung Jawab:
- Mempersiapkan sales invoice untuk penjualan cash dan kredit untuk memastikan bahwa sales invoice dibuat dengan benar dan sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang ada
- Mempersiapkan sales jurnal dan AR collection jurnal untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat tentang sales dan outsanding AR pada periode tertentu, serta melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap pelanggan yang masih memiliki outsanding AR
- Menyiapkan daily outsanding balance (DO) untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada manajemen mengenai outsanding (DO) harian
- Membuat AR Aging Report dan AR Reconciliation bulanan untuk konfirmasi dan pemeriksaan kesesuiannya dengan laporan keuangan
- Mempersiapkan jurnal penjualan untuk mencatat penjualan bulanan
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3, S1 Akuntansi
- Menguasai Ms.Office (Word,Excel,Power Point)
- Pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 2 tahun
- Dapat bekerja sendiri maupun team
- Dapat bertanggungjawab,disiplin dan teliti
- Berdomisili di wilayah Makassar dan sekitarnya
