I&E Engineer (Tangerang Plant)
Responsibilities:
- To manage plant maintenance in the area of Electrical & Instrumentation with in Tangerang Plant to ensure and minimize unnecessary breakdown and improve performance reliability.
- To manage Delta V operation and maintenance program and improve its performance reliability.
- Carry out planned and unplanned I & E maintenance requirements through the E & I team on a day to day basis, reporting back to the Production & Engineering Manager on work progress. This task includes direct on-hands work as well as supervision to the I & E technician.
- Continue development and implementation of the TPM program for I & E, and to perform periodic calibration on process instrumentations on schedule.
- Improve On Stream Time by monitoring, analysis, and subsequent elimination of repetitive I & E downtime items.
- Monitor instrument performance and manage ISO calibration requirements. This task relates to outside certification body such B4T, Metrology, Depnaker, PLN.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with environmental, safety, and health standards for Monsanto and statutory agencies within the work area and responsibilities of the role, including waste disposal and spill management requirements
- Minimum education Diploma or Degree in Physics or Electronics engineer
- Has exposure at least 2 years in instrument maintenance and electrical work in other industry with chemical plant is preferable.
- Understanding design of Electrical Equipments Installation in Hazardous (Classified) Locations.
- Computer knowledge & software application know how is a must (JAVA, VISUAL BASIC)
- Understanding basic PSM Knowledge
- “Can do” attitude, have strong in the leadership, result oriented and team player.
- Fluent in English (writing and reading) will be advantage.
