Dikesempatan kali ini saya ingin berbagi informasi kepada anda tentagn Loowngan D3 S1 PT Wika Jakarta Maret 2014 Staff. Seperti telah kita ketahui bersama bahwa PT Wika adalahs alah satu perusahaan konstruksi yang cukup besar kiprahnya di pembangunan di Indonesia. Tak di ragukan lagi , bagaimana sistem dan juga kinerja mereka di lapangan, perusahaan lokal dan asing juga sudah mempercayakan pembangunan proyek mereka pada perusahaan yang satu ini.

Di bulan maret 2014 ini, PT Wika sedang membuka beberapa posisi kosong, diantaranya adalah kepala bagian pengembangan dan pemasaran properti.. Apa saja syarat dan ketentuannya :

Kepala Bagian Pengembangan Dan Pemasaran Property

Minimal S1

Experienced in the development and marketing of the property management business (offices, hotels, apartments, commercial areas) at least 3 years.

Kepala Seksi Pemasaran

Requirements

Male / female, max age 35 years.
Minimum 3 years diploma program (D3) with marketing background
Good looking
Mastering the marketing mix, market research and competitor analysis
At least 2 years of working experience as a marketing manager / marketing supervisor, preferably real estate
Have a good communication and leadership skills
Have a wide networking
Willing to be placed throughout the company's operations

Site Engineer

Minimal S1 majoring in Civil Engineering / Architecture with minimum GPA of 2.75
Male / female, maximum age 35 years old
Mastering the design and construction planning
Able to create and analyze the working drawings, RAB
At least 2 years of working experience as a Site Engineer / Engineering Manager in high-rise construction projects
Willing to be placed throughout the company's operations.

Building Manager

Minimal S1 preferably from Electro
2-3 years of working experience as a Building Manager
Have a good knowledge of Building Management
Have a good leadership and relationship skills

Chief Engineer

Minimal S1 Electrical Engineering
At least 2 years of working experience as Chief Engineer / Engineering Supervisor / ME Supervisor in the management of high rise buildings or as a senior maintenance staff min. 5 years
Able to analyze and provide solutions to problems Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing

Chief Housekeeping

Requirements

Male with maximum age 35 years old
Minimal S1.
At least 4 years of working experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in high rise building
Mastering the aspects of housekeeping management
Have a good leadership and relationship skills
Willing to be placed throughout the company's operations.
