Responsibilities:
- Explaining the plans and work schedules Tug & Barge repairs to the vessel engineer and mechanic
- Continuing / process the request spare parts from the ship into the system
- Perform repair and maintenance of all tug and barge were problematic and made a progress report along with the estimated duration of the work
- Monitor improvements made subordinates and provide guidance - technical direction to subordinates
- Conducting interviews as well as an introduction to the working conditions and the demands of the new engineers who campaign for Tug
- Ensure any maintenance and repair activities, including workshops working environment meets the standards / rules of safety and environmental sustainability
- Delivering results support services to the overall activities of the Technical Superintendent and recommended the development of service strategy
- Assess of the work performance of the subordinates.

- Age 28 – 40 years old
- Minimum Marine Academic (ATT IV - I) & D3/S1 Nautica Expert from reputable University
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experiences in shipping company
- Computer literate 85 %
- Good English, oral & written 85%
- Can handle pressure, many people and situation
- Responsive and creative
- Good interpersonal skill
- Patient, honest and responsible
- Hard worker, discipline, self motivated
- Can work in team and adaptive
- Standard required as per company standard medical requirement
