Mechanical Engineer (Riau - Dumai Based)
Responsibilities:
- Act as Mechanic Engineer or Design Concept or Cost Estimation.
- Act as Mechanic Project Supervisor (at site) for mechanic related task equipment installation, piping, welding, etc.
- Make sure that what’s installed is according to BQ spec or drawings.
- Control the quality of Mechanical Working.
- Control the schedule and Report the progress.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-6 year(s) of working experience in Refinery (Palm Oil Industry) is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staff specializing in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Dumai (Lubuk Gaung).

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall company operation of quality systems, processes, and documentations are in compliance with the Aker Solutions Quality Policy, ISO 9001 and API Q1 regulatory requirements. And Develop company Quality Assurance policies and procedures and train employees in implementing all QA standards; ensure all employees are following guidelines / procedures
- To provide independent, competent and professional administration and enforcement of all aspects of Operational Quality Assurance and Product Quality Control, so as to safeguard the quality integrity of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients.
- Establishing standards, guidelines, procedures, and other infrastructure necessary to support the objective of Company Goals and Policies.
- Monitoring productivity achievement through effective implementation of Quality Systems, and API Standards.
- Perform GAP analysis and verification of effectiveness of corrective action taken.
- Establish internal audit activities based on yearly scheduling.
- Work continuously to improve Quality Systems and API standards in plant wide.
- Liaise and work closely with all respective Manager to resolve any quality issues to improve the overall quality standards in order to ensure the process run smooth and effectively.
- Responsible to initiate, recommend or provide the corrective action on deficiencies found during production, field nonconformance and audits to prevent the occurrences in the future.
- Responsible for plan, implementation and follows up of time schedules for internal audit in order for compliance with company policy, International Standard ISO 9001 and API Spec Q1 quality management systems.
- Lead and coach all the QA team members for the best industrial inspection/audit practice and supervisory practices.
- Responsible to set the KPIs and appraisal for QA team members.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): lead auditor qualification & thorough knowledge of international quality standar, thorough knowledge of fabrication and welding/ndt techniques, Ability to lead direct motivates and empowers department staff.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
