Customer Services Officer - Denpasar (Bali)
Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
- To Perform preflight activities according to standard operation procedure and rules and regulations.
- To Prepare ship paper (passengers, Misc Charge Order, excess baggage collection details) for each flight on the following day
- To Attend to problem with regard to visa, ticketing, excess baggage, oneworld at the check-in counter to ensure customer satisfaction so as maintaining good services
- To Update and compile ticket details to ensure the load is tally with outbound passenger
- To Monitor ground handling agent for boarding process, aircraft cleaning, loading & unloading process and cargo to ensure smooth operation
- To Ensure catering uplift are sufficient accordingly and on time
- To Prepare monthly report for submission to Senior Customer Officer for verification
Requirements:
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma (D3) in Tourism / Aviation Management
- Minimum working experience of 2 years
- Good in English communication, oral & written
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Female staff with IT literate
- Having knowledge in airport services
- Willing to work beyond shift and able to handle heavy working pressure
