Requirements:

Male
Maximum age 35 years old.
Minimum Barchelor Degree or Master Degree in Law and notary with minimum GPA: 3.00 (in a scale of 4.00) from reputable University
Minimum 2 years experienced in notary and handling land filed.
Should be analytical,detail, independent and able to take initiative
Willingness to travel on short notice
Willing to be placed at Medan

Branch Manager (Based at Medan) (Coatings / Oil and Gas / Marine)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Medan branch’s business development and growth
Ensuring effective deliverance of order fulfilment, timely delivery, after-sales service & payment collection
Build and maintain good business relationship with customer
Identify and penetrate into new potential customers base
Achieve annual sales targets and growing sales through key projects
Regular visits to customers, conduct presentation/technical discussion, handling of sales enquiries, sales quotations and secure sales orders
Close collaboration to local HQ office for strategies implementation
Overseeing and manage MEDAN branch’s day to day operations
Perform sales analysis and generation of monthly management reports
Support and execution of Sales and Marketing initiatives

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree from any discipline
5 years of related experiences from Business to Business / Marine / Oil & Gas / Coating industry. Proven track sales record
Good business networking within MEDAN and SUMATRA area. Familiar with local know how
Dynamic business leader with good leadership
Strong drive for success and business-oriented
Good integrity and business acumen
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
Able to travel as and when required
