Superintendent – Industrial Relations

(Permanent Position)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation. 
2. Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia. 
3. Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation. 
4. Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.

Engineer – Mining

(Permanent Position)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering. 
2. Having 2 years experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage. 
3. Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers. 
4. Having experience in using MINEX software.
5. Project Engineer - Mechanical 

(Fixed-Term 24 Months)

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in mechanical disciplines (preferably coal fire power plant construction / operation, rotating machinery) with sufficient exposure to capital projects. 
2. Understand project management tools and techniques. 
3. Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards. 
4. Familiar / experience working in a dynamic project environment

Specialist – Coal Technology 

(Permanent Position)

Qualifications

1. S1 graduate in Metallurgical / Mining / Geology / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent with 3 -5 years
2. Experience working in coal quality environment. 
3. Recognize and understand coal quality and standards to analyze coal, for example ISO, ASTM BS etc. 
4. Statistical Process Control and computer literacy is essential for interpretation the data.

Senior Specialist – Contract

(Permanent Position)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining or Engineering. 
2. Experiences 5 years in Mining or Engineering or Supply Chain with minimum 1-year experience in Contract. 
3. Skills in composing and review of contractual documents. 
4. Negation skills in dealing with contractual matters, claims and meetings.

Drafter - Electrical (NTP)

(Fixed-Term 12 Months)

Qualifications

1. Minimum D3 with 2 years experience or Senior High School with 4 year experience in electrical drafting. 
2. Experience in computerized drafting systems and able to operate AutoCAD. 
3. Familiar with as built drawing activities is an advantageous

Engineer – Project Electrical 

(Fixed-Term 24 Months)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining / industry experiences. 
2. Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plants electrical and control systems.

General Qualifications

• Good communication in both written and spoken English 
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills 
• Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills. 
• Computer literate (MS Office) 
• Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
