Requirements

1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering
2. At least 4 years of working experience in road and infrastructure type of construction
3. Excellent in English, both written and verbal
4. Have technical knowledge about road and infrastructure standar, specially in government project
5. Understand concrete product and development
6. Good knowledge about business concept and development
7. Ability to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
8. Ability to supervise and communicate with others and deal with people from all levels of the business
9. Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to change
10. Demonstrate strong analytical skill
11. Ability to perform in time-pressures to meet deadlines
